Prices are quoted in rupees. You pay by international bank transfer (SWIFT); most Indian banks send it in US dollars at the day's rate. 50% when work starts and 50% on delivery. You get a receipt for every payment.
No. Prices are in ₹, and Indian GST isn't added because the work is invoiced from Bangladesh.
English by default. If your customers would rather read Hindi or Bengali, we can build those screens as well; mention it at the start. We talk with you in English, on WhatsApp or by phone.
Yes, in the online store. Payments go through an Indian gateway such as Razorpay, Cashfree or PhonePe PG. You open the gateway account yourself, so the money lands in your bank, and the gateway's fees are separate from our price. Shipping labels and tracking can be connected through Shiprocket or Delhivery.
Yes. The questions that keep coming (menu, prices, hours, delivery) it answers from what's on your site. Anything it doesn't follow goes to your WhatsApp, where you or your staff reply. AI can be added so it handles ordinary conversation too. That cost depends on how much it's used, so it's priced separately.
Yours. You can buy them yourself, or we buy them, register them in your name and hand over the account password. Nobody holds your website hostage.
The Business and Online store packages come with an admin panel. Log in and change text, photos and prices yourself, and there are training videos showing how. The panel is built for your site rather than being an off-the-shelf system, so the site stays quick and there are no plugins for someone to break in through.
Three rounds of design revisions. Outside those, fixing text, swapping photos and small corrections aren't counted at all. Ask as often as you need before delivery.
That depends on where your customers look. If someone searches your shop's name on Google and finds nothing, they usually go to the next one. Even if you have an Instagram or Facebook page, a site of your own makes you look more established. We aren't here to push a sale. Talk to us, and if you don't need one, we'll say so.
That's our other service, SystemLagbe. POS with GST billing, inventory, school management, clinic software and mobile apps are all there.
For 30 days after delivery we fix it free. After that you can take monthly maintenance at ₹1,000/month, or pay per job when something comes up.
One year of: the domain registered in your name, the server that keeps the site running,
HTTPS and the SSL certificate, daily backups, and getting the site back up if it goes down.
Small text and photo changes are covered too.
What it does not cover: new pages, new features or a redesign.
Those are separate jobs, and you get the price before we start.
We're available every day from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. India time, which is 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. in Bangladesh, with shorter hours on Fridays. If the site is completely down, we get on it as fast as we can. Anything else gets a reply within 4 hours. We're not promising round-the-clock cover. These are the hours we can actually keep.
Nothing stops you. The domain is in your name, so you can move it whenever you like. Ask for the source code and all the data and you'll get them. We don't hold anything back, and that's the rule, not a favour.
